Therefore, the design of crushing process is required to be reasonable. We should consider the production cost as well as the investment cost for the pebble crushing line. The losses of jaw plates, hammer and impact plate are very high in the pebble crushing. So we mainly choose the crushing plant with laminated principle in the crushing line to reduce the losses of the wear parts. The classic equipment configuration with laminated principle is secondary jaw crusher or jaw crusher plus cone crusher.
Raw material feed into jaw crusher evenly and continuously by vibrating feeder for primary crushing.
Then the coarsely crushed materials are conveyed to secondary crusher (according to material hardness and output sizes request),secondary crusher can choose impact crusher, CS cone crusher, multi cylinders cone crusher and single cylinder cone crusher.
The final crushed material will be transported to vibrating screen to classify final qualified products according to different size ranges . the particles that can meet requirements will be separated out as final products,while Unqualified materials will be carried back to the stone crushing equipment for recrushing.
Customer can classify final products according to different size ranges. All the final products are up to the related standards within and beyond China.
